The villa is located five minutes drive from shops, bars, restaurants and the famous coves of Baladrar and Abogat, located on the coast of Benissa, halfway between Calpe and Moraira. This villa is divided into two independent houses. Stairs lead down from the parking area to the large private pool terrace, with hammocks, garden furniture, barbecue and shaded outdoor dining area. Entrance on the first floor from the parking area, via stairs, to a large living room with SAT + TV and dining area with a modern open kitchen, fully equipped. Two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning, sharing a shower, toilet and washing machine. External stairs lead to the second floor apartment, at pool level, with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, both with air conditioning and bathroom. We also find a small kitchen and a living/dining room with TV. The villa is surrounded by small garden terraces with palm trees, typical of the Mediterranean area.
