· The house is located in the Palafolls town (Barcelona province) and has been declared a building of architectural interest.
· The property is unique and has been recently renovated and equipped, highlighting the handmade wooden furniture.
· House is located near the Costa Brava beaches (Blanes, Lloret, Tossa de Mar) and Barcelona north coast beaches (Malgrat de Mar, Santa Susanna, Pineda, Calella).
· It has a large private pool for the exclusive use of guests. The 8m x 4m pool is saltwater (chlorine free) and has an outdoor shower.
· The entire property and pool area is fenced for the safety of families with young children.
· There are two outdoor dining areas: an outdoor dining area next to the stone barbecue and another by the pool.

. Use of the Barbecue:
The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months due to the risk of fire.
· You can walk or bike along the paths around the house and walk to the castle of Palafolls, with a spectacular view of the region.
· The car is necessary because the house is located in a rural area and there is no public transport.
· It is well connected, just a 5-minute drive from the Costa Brava access road (GI-682).
· Just 45 minutes from Barcelona city by motorway (C-32) and 30 minutes from Girona city (N-II motorway).
· Just 20 minutes drive from the beach town Blanes and beach town Malgrat de Mar.
· Within a 10 minutes drive there are shops, outlet stores of major brands, restaurants and supermarkets in the town of Palafolls.
· The Marineland Water and Dolphin Park in Palafolls is just a 7 minute drive away.
· Barcelona-El Prat Airport at 85 km and Girona-Costa Brava Airport at 30 km.
Guests at the property:
· The house is rented completely for the exclusive use of the guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults, children and babies.
· Property only can accommodate the number of people in the reservation and can not be more people staying/visiting at the same time at the property.
Check-in:
· The minimum age to book and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present a legal official identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.
. Key collection takes place in our office from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Late arrival option from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: Price €50 per reservation (payment on arrival)
Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per reservation (payment on arrival)
· Option outside check-in hours with a safety box in the office at no cost.
·No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the reservation is made.
·Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, pet owners must make sure to pick up litter and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.
Reglas:
· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
· Pets Allowed, it has an extra cost of 6€/day/pet, booking of more than 7 days will pay maximum 42€/pet/reservation.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
