3 Bedroom Condo in Rehoboth Beach

Our second floor condo is located just steps from the boardwalk in a small condo complex of 5 units. It has 2 designated off street parking spaces. The unit features an open kitchen & living room area. The dining room in the front of the condo has wrap-around sliders that open to let in the ocean breezes and offer views of the ocean and boardwalk. The unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a large sectional sofa. The unit is approx. 1000 sq ft and will comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. There is a rear staircase as well, and an outside shower to wash the sand off. With a television in every BR and the living room, WiFi, stack washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen, you should have everything you need to enjoy your stay.
Note: We bought the property May 31, 2013, and this is our first time owning a vacation home and using VRBO. We want to make everything as easy and comfortable as possible. Our absolute favorite thing about this place - the location - you can walk everywhere!

Summary: We enjoyed our long weekend. The unit provided plenty of space and is in an excellent location. Having a parking spot was nice, but I can see it being harder to get into during the busy summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
