Stately Craftsman home located in the coveted Roxbury Park Residential community. This home is charming, and very colorful, adorned with period style decor. With quaint and lovely ornaments that make you feel nostalgic and at home as soon as you walk in.
This home away from home has all the amenities that you need to stay comfortable and entertained like: HD Televisions with Google internet, Roku, Hulu, and Amazon. Modern plush furniture and luxury linens and pillows throughout. Located walking distance from downtown Johnstown, the hospitals and universities, although in a safe and beautiful neighborhood Home is very safe in Roxbury Park with lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, children's play area, running track, picnic area, benches and always lighted till 9 pm. In the spring through fall free concerts every Sunday and Roxbury creamery open and selling delicious ice cream, hot dogs, and tacos. The YWCA AND YMCA located walking distance with pay on a daily basis (really cheap) pools, and sports.
