Beautiful Euphoria Mansion sleeps 55 people. With 17 bedrooms (3 are suites) & 14 full bathrooms this Estate is great for families that want to rent their own mansion! If both Euphoria One & Euphoria Too are rented, houses can sleep 105 people. 40 acres of beautiful mountains, rivers, forests, fields and countryside. Perfect for weddings, movies, reunions, sweet 16's, conferences, retreats, etc. (Please call owner for wedding rates) Plenty of room for tents and RVs. Miles of good hiking trails. This well kept very private Mansion sleeps up to 55 people comfortably with 17 bedrooms(3 are suites) and 15 bathrooms with 2 kitchens (plus a commercial kitchen with a large 3 oven 12 burner stove. Commercial kitchen can be utilized for an additional fee) House is equipped with a laundry room, & dining room that sits over 100 people. 2 large lounge areas and TV room with fireplace, professional bar, & ping pong table. Downstairs has a large meeting room with a stage, disco lighting & dance floor. Perfect for exercise classes, live bands, screen projects or just a dance party! (can accommodate 80 people) Outside has a football size athletic field, waterfall, large fire pit (CAMP FIRES allowed), decks all around, a great lawn with plenty of room for outdoor activities. Pristine unobstructed views of the stars and mountains, a babbling river on the edge of the property, pond, parking for 40 cars plus.
