Welcome to Beach Bliss! Prime 30A location with three community pools and walking distance to local attractions and the beach!
The living room area features plenty of seating around our large Smart TV. The dining table seats 8 with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Enjoy granite counters and a well stocked kitchen that is ready to help you create a wonderful meal for your whole family. The downstairs bedroom features a king size bed. The first guest bedroom has a king bed and a 3 tier bunk bed with twin over twin over full and a private bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed with and a twin over twin over full 3 tier bunk bed. The third guest bedroom has two twin over twin over full 3 tier bunk beds. Guestrooms two and three share a bathroom in the hall. This home has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi, and a propane grill on the back deck!
Amenity Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial amenity package is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our guest services specialist.
