Incredible location, just 1/2 block south of Bloor Street. You are a 5 min. walk to the subway, bus or street car. U of T is around the corner and University Ave is a 15 min. walk. The neighbourhood is filled with excellent restaurants, cafes, & bookstores. Also a 24hr grocery store & a drugstore open til 12am.
A 10 minute walk to Yonge & Bloor, the home to several TIFF locations/events !! A short stroll to the south to Chinatown, Kensington Market or Little Italy.
***This is a 2 storey unit and is on the 2nd and 3rd floor.*** So you must be ok with stairs. You enter the unit on the main floor where you can take off your shoes and hang up your coat....
On the 2nd floor you will find a 2 piece powder room and a bright sunny open concept living room/dining room and kitchen. There is a walk out to a peaceful balcony that overlooks the back yard. A perfect place to have your morning coffee.
