A full-size washer and dryer is also available for all your laundering needs.

The complex is situated between two large rare dune lakes, and within minutes walking distance of the Sugar Dunes Beach Access (200 yards from unit). Spend your day winding through bike trails, relaxing on the beach, dipping in the pool, or strolling the eateries and shops found in the nearby Seaside and Rosemary Beach.

Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Sugar Dunes: The Sugar Dunes Beach Access is on the east side of Eastern Lake, and is simply a brief, 2-minute, walk from the home. There is a shower and a short boardwalk over the dunes to the beach, but there is no parking available, other than for bicycles. Walton Dunes: The Walton Dunes Beach Access is another, nearby, quiet, beach access. This access only has a few roadside parking spots available, and not much else. However, there is a very convenient Public Parking Lot 0.6 miles (about a 12 minute walk) from the home, and only a 3-minute (0.2 mile) walk to the Beach Access. Community Pool: The Community of Beachside offers TWO seasonally heated community pools perfect for refreshing dips on warm summer days. The nearest pool is right next to the community tennis and shuffleboard courts, about 150 feet (less than a minute-walk) east from your front door! The second pool is about 0.1 miles (roughly a 2-minute walk) from the unit. The complex also has two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, as well as an ample community grilling area.
