This beautiful two-story home in Columbia, SC is modern and spacious, perfect for your visit! It is located only 2 minutes from the Fort Jackson Visitors Center.
Living Room
Our living room is very spacious with plenty of natural light. The designated workspace is also located here for any work that might (unfortunately) follow you on your vacay!
Enjoy entertainment on the large Smart TV while lounging on the comfortable couch or in one of the two lounge chairs. The room also includes a controllable thermostat and a convenient half bathroom. Wifi is accessible throughout the property. The open-concept kitchen and dining area make it easy to gather and enjoy meals together.
Dining Room
Once you’ve recovered from your travels, you’ll likely be hungry. The dining room with chandelier flows right from the living room! Make a feast and build a memory with your family around the wooden table set for 6; 4 chairs and 1 bench. The door to the back patio is also located off the dining room.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and is also located upstairs. There is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom that connects bedrooms two & three.
Bedroom Three (Queen)
Mirroring the second is the last bedroom, also featuring a queen-sized bed. This nearby room with the attached bathroom is perfect for kids!

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.
Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
