Negative: The room is not what was adverised! And definitely not worth 260 euros/night. There was no kitchen but the host mentioned that kitchen was late to be delivered. There was no heating, we found small electrical heaters which we had to plug ourselves and distribute them in the rooms. The house is not as neat and comfortable as advertised.
