This Condo is located in the popular Ledges Complex and it can be your Lake of the Ozarks Vacation Home! Located on the Lakeside of the most-desired Ledges Point Building, this 3 Bedroom (Including Loft), 2 Bath unit boasts a Large Loft area with 2 Queen Beds. The Loft provides for extra living space with TV & DVD! You'll appreciate the extra space that gives the adults and children separate places to gather and relax!
Rest-assured that your family and friends will be staying in a very clean, well-appointed condo featuring many amenities. The Decor' and Furnishings are all very nice and Comfortable! The Main Living Area features a Large Flat Panel TV & DVD Player. Bring along your Laptop or Tablet and log onto high-speed wireless Internet (Free Wi-Fi).
Our Guests especially appreciate the Deck with bar-height seating for 4 situated right on the water's edge. You can see for miles up and down the Lake's main-channel! The boats cruise along right in front of you!
Check-In 3PM, Check-Out 11AM unless otherwise arranged.
Boaters: Our 30 to 40 foot boat slips are located in the protected water of the Ledges' No Wake Cove. The State Park is only 2 miles away. It provides very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for boat and personal watercraft trailers. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 mile marker which is just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge.
Ladies' Weekends: All the shopping at the Lake is close by! You'll want to check out Blair's Landing, the unique shops on the Bagnell Dam strip, and Evergreen, the most popular spot at the Lake for affordable and unique home decor'! Save room in the trunk!
Golfers: The Lake area is well-known for the variety of awesome courses the lake area boasts. All of them are a short drive from the centrally located ledges complex. Bring those clubs!

Summary: The property was nice and great location. Only complaint is the amount of spiderwebs everywhere. Felt like we were constantly cleaning them outside on the patio and when you looked up you could see them inside. When on the patio it felt like u were sitting on the lake it was so nice. Also wish the pools were bigger and more of them considering how big the complex is. Thanks for a great stay!!
