#2 Guadalupe Lazy Days Riverfront Treetop Cottage | Cottage in Center Point

We are proud to offer our TreeTop Cottages #1, #2, #3, #4 on the banks of the Guadalupe River. Each Cottage is listed separately on VRBO, so check for availability.

June - July - August
Base rate $230/night (Sunday - Thursday) $250/night (Friday and Saturday)
Look for reduced base rates ($195/nightt) Sunday- Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday during off peak months (Jan-May) and (Sept-Dec).
Each Cottage sleeps up to 6 persons.
Cottage #1 and #2 have a queen bed in the first floor Master bedroom. The sleeping loft has one queen and two XL single beds.
Cottage #3 and #4 have a queen bed in the first floor Master bedroom. The sleeping loft has two queen beds.
All cottages share a common deck and river side recreation area great for reunions, holidays or retreats.
Enjoy all the river has to offer, swimming, kayaking, tubing, lounge on the floating dock, or observe the surroundings from the deck high above the river.
These cottages are located in the center of Texas Hill Country. Explore the historic sites, shopping, antiquing, museums, parks in and around Kerrville, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Bandera, Comfort, all easily accessible within 20 minutes to an hour.
Our TreeTop Cottages are located in Center Point Texas. From the cottages you are 2 minutes from Dollar General, a well stocked convenience store, Los Dos Amigos Mexican restaurant for breakfast tacos and Toucan Jim's for food, music, and full bar.
For your full grocery needs, Kerrville is home of the original HEB. For everything else go to Gibson’s Discount Center. Quote from yelp “A blast from the past, it has a little bit of everything and a lot of things that Walmart doesn't. The refrain in Kerrville is if Gibson's doesn't have it, it doesn't exist, haha, if nothing else stop in and take a look, it's one of the last stores of it's kind in the United States.”
For Walking and Biking Kerrville offers an extensive River Trail. Schreiner State Park is also a great place to stretch the muscles and enjoy nature.

The place is as described and in the pictures: 4 cabins by the river connected with a shared balcony on top of a tree. Cabins are newly built, very clean and well designed to make the most of the space.
