On entry you are greeted by a large hallway with quality fixtures and fittings leading to the four bedrooms. The four bedrooms on offer include three with queen beds and the fourth bedroom including a single and 2 sets of bunks
The master includes fully renovated ensuite including shower, basin and toilet
A fully equipped laundry and second bathroom are on offer with the bathroom containing free standing bath, shower and toilet
As you move through the grand entrance you are greeted by the large entertaining area on offer. This area features floor to ceiling glass doors which open out onto the entertaining deck.
The living includes designer furnishing with large comfy lounge and large LCD TV.
The executive kitchen features excellent bench space and includes dishwasher, gas cook top, large oven, fridge, Nespresso compatible coffee machine (guests to provide own coffee pods) and quality crockery and cutlery

The entertaining deck is stunning, one section covered by a large pergola and the second half acting as a large sun deck perfect for a lazy afternoon. As mentioned above the decking area features glass sliding retractable doors which open up into the dining, living and kitchen area. This area also includes a L shape outdoor lounge
The decking area also includes outdoor furniture including large U shape lounge and outdoor table and chairs. A bbq is also on offer
The second living area which is great for the kids runs off this area and includes large lounge and LCD TV.
