Our 2 family cottages on Otty Lake near Perth, Ontario are both fully furnished. The location is great for two families, extended family vacations or for anyone who just needs two cottages and a beach. The two cottages rented together are $2450 per week. $150 fee for final cleaning and garbage removal. Cottages have 4 bedrooms in total and sleeps 7 maximum. One cottage has 3 bedrooms, bathroom and open kitchen, living and dinner room area with vaulted ceilings. The other cottage has one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and large window lined living room. These cottages are ideal for family vacations and are also pet friendly. Great walk in swimming with sandy beach, boat launch, dock and lots of lake and islands to explore. Rental includes kayak, paddle board, row boat, canoe and windsurfer. Otty lake is a beautiful clear water lake with great fishing. Perth is a lovely heritage town with great restaurants, shops, parks and festivals and it is only 10mins away. Ottawa is 55mins away. Our family has enjoyed these cottages every summer for 75 years. Don't worry they have been renovated! We now find that we have a few weeks each summer that we can rent for others to enjoy. It's a very special place that I am sure you will love as much as we do. We have a 7 night minimum stay.
