Table and chairs as well as charcoal grill for barbecue are provided free of charge. You can also use our unlimited wifi as a BONUS feature free of charge. Vinyl Laminate flooring and new Rug carpet . Whole unit ceilings and wall are both freshly painted. Very clean & Comfortable place to stay.
Located in private country neighborhood and conveniently located between Wasilla and Palmer for a great commute in any direction, close to main roads and highways, but far enough away to be completely quiet. Beautiful, very private residential area surrounded by beautiful trees with private driveway and next to 2 lakes. Place is close to recreational areas and This tranquil upstairs 2-bedroom apartment contains its own washer/dryer.
Kitchen is open to living/dining area. Unit has two bedrooms and each measures 12 ft X 12 feet. Each bedroom has a spacious large walk-in storage closet.
All utilities including heat, water, electric, trash removal, snow removal , yard/ driveway lawn maintenance are all free of charge . Just pay the monthly rent and security deposit and you can move in anytime.
Unit was just updated under new management that can be reach anytime 24/7 for questions, concerns and request. Manager also lives on property for fast and friendly service.
