The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
Purchased in early 2021, the owners have done an excellent job of remodeling this beautiful 2 BR 2 BA unit with Bay views. The paint colors on the walls are cool blues and grays to bring a relaxing feeling to the unit. There are newer furnishings in the living room, dining area and bedrooms. There is a large flat screen in the living room along with TVs in both bedrooms. A washer/dryer can also be found in the unit along with Wi-Fi. Last, but not least are those relaxing bay views and cool bay breezes that will be waiting for you at the end of your fun filled day!
The Makai is known for its many great amenities such as the indoor pool, sauna, billiards room and gym. This Makai is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 blocks), Convention center (2 blocks) and Seacrets (3 blocks). You are also strategically located to enjoy numerous restaurants, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger's Amusement Park, miniature golf, jet skis and much more!

* This condo is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided. Trailers allowed during special events with prior registration.
* The indoor pool, billiards room and sauna are open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 43rd street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
