The Hohe's (HOY) Beach House is a private, and spacious 1200 sqft. 2nd story, 2BR/ 2BA Ocean View Beach House, with two sun decks, reserved parking for two cars. * Whole House A/C for those peak Summer days when the Ocean Breeze may not be enough. Separate control zones for each bedroom and the living room. In this COVID environment, it provides a completely separate system for your accommodations, with your own controls, supply and return air. It is all self contained with no sharing of ventilation and/or air ducts with our personal residence or Studio Beach Cottage on the property. We are located at the Southern border of La Jolla, in a unique North Pacific Beach neighborhood, next to the water, at Law Street Beach. It's a great Family Beach. 'The area's best beach' as quoted in (S.D. Home & Garden Mag.). Our Beach features a grassy park, with showers, restrooms, overlooking the beach with lifeguard services, Swimming, Boogie Boarding, and Surfing. Our Pacific Beach/Mission Beach Boardwalk begin at the park, and heads South for 3 1/2 miles through all the Beach Community. We're located close to all the beach has to offer[Beach, Boardwalk , Restaurants and Shopping], yet quietly removed from the hubs of activity for a nice night's sleep. * We supply Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers... so that you can enjoy the neighborhood the way we do. ** We are Dog Friendly for folks traveling with their pups. Please ask us to send you our "Pet Policy" for your consideration so we both can determine if your pup or pups is a good fit for our place during your stay. We ask a $10/nt. Pet fee / pup ( 2 dog max.). $10/ nt. for up to two pups under 20 lbs. ea. Amenities : Fast, Strong Wireless Internet in all rooms. 3 TVs ... a 46" Smart TV with NETFLIX in the Living room, and Bose Blue Tooth Speakers for your smart devices. Bedrooms have smart TVs, Alarm Radios with Blue Tooth Speakers and device charging stations. Two generous decks, a propane barbecue grill with teak furniture for dining and relaxing. The Kitchen is fully equipped... yes, with a dishwasher. Kitchen is open plan to the living and dining areas, has an Ocean View, and Breakfast Bar. We provide two Dining areas for 6 inside and outside, with direct access to the Patio deck and BBQ. FULL SIZED WASHER / DRYER Our Hohe's Beach House sleeps 6 with A/C... an Ocean View Master Bedroom and full Bath, with Comfortable, Cal King Bed. The Second Bedroom has two Double beds. Queen Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room * Did I mention we provide Westin Hotel's "Heavenly Beds "... the best ! Both Bedrooms have Smart TVs with and Bluetooth music, as well as Ceiling fans and A/C. ** For an additional Bedroom and Bath, we offer special nightly rates to add our Studio Beach Cottage ( located on the property) when rented in addition to our 2 bed / 2 bath Hohe's (HOY's) Beach House. The Bathrooms are newly remodeled, with tile floors, bead board wains coating, full bathtubs and shower w/marble surrounds.
