Quercia Houses in Viana do Castelo, is a tourist development, consisting of 8 autonomous villas, with shared outdoor space (a large garden, heated outdoor pool and private parking). Just 6 km from the center of Viana do Castelo, 6 km from the famous Cabedelo beach and 2 km from the Lima River and Veiga de S. Simão. It is also very close (less than 1 km ) commercial area (Lima Retail Parque) and several hypermarkets.
This luxurious development, where an environment of comfort, sophistication and good taste predominates, which excels in sobriety and privacy that it guarantees to its guests, is the result of the requalification/restoration, which took place in 2020/2021, a family property, with a manor house, dating from the 16th century, in Gothic style.
Our guests have at their disposal 8 houses: Three House, Land House, Flower House, Garden House, Olive House, Stone House, Cherry House and Bird House. Fully equipped, with a modern design, where comfort and sophistication have not been forgotten.
All houses have direct access to a large garden and the outdoor swimming pool, as well as the private parking of the development.

Summary: The property was beautiful and it was like renting a private villa in a mini village with beautiful pool in the middle with a nice little bar for ice cream and drinks, a basketball court and game room. Everything was super clean, beds were super comfy and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating - you can even charge your electric vehicle here. The first and middle floor of the tree house did not have A/C but the top floor bedroom did, thankfully the staff was able to provide a fan for the downstairs bedroom. Villa was a short, 10 min drive to Viana do Costelo and super close to many supermarkets and restaurants in nearby villages. I would love to come back with a larger group of relatives and rent out a few of the villas all together.
