You are only steps to the beach! You will have full access to all of the amenities of the King & Prince Resort. This Villa is newly renovated. Renovation details below: Kitchen - Quartz counter tops, marble tile back splash, new stainless steel Kitchen Aide Pro Series appliances, hardwood floors, new custom made white cabinets. New washing machine and dryer. Baths - Marble counter tops, travertine floors, new custom built cabinets , master with separate his and her vanities, custom tile walk in shower in master, new tub/shower combo in guest bath, Delta fixtures. Main Living Areas - European oak hard wood floors, white, cool blues and neutral decor, open floor plan, new electrical panel and new HVAC. Floor to ceiling windows and glass sliding doors open up to a porch and offer views of the beach and ocean. New ceiling fan in living area, new chandelier in dining area. All the interior doors have new door knobs and hinges in matt black. The walls and trim are painted white through out. Bedrooms - Master suite has large sliding door to patio with views of the beach and ocean. New ceiling fan, hardwood floors with white, cool blues and neutral decor. The guest bedroom has a private bath, large closet, new ceiling fan, hardwood floors, white and neutral decor. Full access to King & Prince Resort amenities. This includes: 18 hole golf course, 5 outdoor pools, 2 outdoor clay tennis courts, bicycle rentals, children's pool, fitness center, BBQ grill(s), beach loungers, beach umbrellas, 1 restaurant, 1 poolside bar and 1 bar.
