This recently renovated 1st floor villa in Seacrest features an open living/dining room with sitting balcony to enjoy the salty air. As you enter the front door, you will enter the private foyer and you will see 2 doors, an A and B door. The A-side features the living room, kitchen, guest bedroom and guest bathroom. The living room has a 54" flat screen television with a sliding glass door that provides access to the balcony. The guest bedroom is furnished with a king bed, as daybed and a 30" flat screen TV. You will also have a private bath with a large soaking tub and step-in shower. On the B-side, you will find the private master bedroom that features a king size bed, 30" flat screen TV, small balcony with a small table and 2 chairs, and a bathroom with large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The Seacrest complex is located on exquisitely landscaped grounds in the Forest Beach area and provides great views of the Atlantic Ocean, pools, and lagoons. With every convenience one can imagine, Seacrest premises offer two outdoor swimming pools, an indoor swimming pool, a baby pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, health and fitness facility, and underground parking. Conveniently situated at Coligny Circle, one can walk to the many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores in the Forest Beach area. These unique floor plans feature an entrance into the foyer with access through two locking doors. The "A" side contains the living area and kitchen as well as the master suite and a second bedroom and bath if applicable. The "B" side consists of the additional bedroom and bath.
