The unit looks out over rolling hills in a quiet .setting and has outside furniture to enjoy a morning coffee or happy hour cocktail.. The unit is fully air-conditioned and has a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and charcoal grill. Additional unit amenities include washer/dryer, wireless internet, telephone, 3 TV’s, deck and whirlpool tub. The unit is fully equipped and exceptionally well maintained and can easily accommodate 6 people with its comfortable sleeper couch and third 3/4 bathroom. There are 4 unit in the building and with outside parking. and it you can ski from the unit to the lifts or it is a walk or short drive to the main lodge..
This is a family resort for all seasons and the condo has full access to all the resort amenities: indoor/outdoor pool, fitness centre and children's play areas. Play a round golf on the upper 18 hole course or nearby courses (prior tee times are recommended), bike, hike, or Segway around the grounds. Thirty minutes west of the resort is Erie, which offers shopping, cultural events, and Pesque Isle Park; east is Chautauqua Institute and lake.
