Enjoy your morning coffee on the open balcony overlooking the waterfront while you take in the breeze and gorgeous views. Palma Del Mar offers a community pool, Jacuzzi spa, clubhouse, billiards room, fishing pier, and plenty of space within the community for walking. This unit comes with a parking spot in the garage with elevator access to the unit and is a quick drive to the interstate, Gulf Beaches, Fort Desoto, Tierra Verde, restaurants, and shopping. Available for lease on a one month minimum. Owner prefers to lease three months or more. Fees include tenant application fee $75, HOA application $50, cleaning fee, and tenant processing fee of $175. Water, sewer, trash, cable with Showtime included, parking, amenities, internet, and electric with $100 cap per month included. Houzlet publishes listings on Vrbo; which in turn, allows tenants to instantly rent seasonal rentals. Houzlet’s properties are managed by licensed real estate agents. The refundable policy is as follows:
1. 100% refund less the service fee if you cancel 30 days prior to move-in.
2. 100% refund less the service fee if you are not approved to rent or the home is unavailable.
3. Not refundable if you are within 30 days from arrival or if you signed the leased with the Agent (whichever comes first).
