Sky Ella Riverfront Casita sits across the street from the river and in-between two residential river launches. In under 5 miles you will be at the bridge crossing to Laughlin, Nevada.
Guest Casita is the entire downstairs of our home, and completely separate from the upstairs. With 650 square feet of living space, it includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom that has a shower stall- NO TUB!
This casita accommodates 4 guests comfortably and can accommodate no more than 6 guests. There is an extra nightly fee for guests 5 & 6 of $30.00 per guest per night. In this case we have a futon couch to accommodate sleeping arrangements for guests 5 & 6.
Absolutely No Smoking or Pets allowed! Our property does not have accommodations for pets to do their business and we have family and return guests who are allergic to animals.
For extended stay guests, we give access to garage for laundry use.
Guests will enter Casita from its patio to entrance. Door handle has keypad with unique code per reservation that expires after checkout. Lots of space to park vehicle and watercraft.
