This condo has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk in closet and a full modern bathroom; a second bedroom with two attachable Full beds, built-in closets and another full modern bathroom; a living room with a comfortable full leather sofa set, a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-seat dining bar-table, a laundry (washer-dryer)/storage/facility corridor, whereas there are two full bathrooms. There is a regular balcony stretching across the living room and the master bedroom also with a spectacular ocean view. Additionally a (normal bed height) roll-away bed with pillows/linen is available free of charge and can be comfortably used in this premium condo. This unit provides you with 1,500 sq.ft. of living space. A code-lock safety box, cable TV, three high-definition flatscreen TV’s (in living room and each bedroom), a DVD player, free broadband wired and wireless internet, and an iPod compatible stereo set (bring your iPod if you have one!) is available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Palm building on the fourth floor.The facilities include three large swimming pools, a kiddy pool, a gym, a sauna, a business center, two tennis courts and a playroom. Summary: We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this property. The host was very responsive to my messages & our check in with Franklin was great. There were a couple of things I pointed out to Anna, prior to our departure, that needed to be addressed (very minor) & she assured me that they would be looked after. Nice to know that we can have a grocery delivery before our arrival, which they will look after. The property is very well looked after & all the staff are very friendly. The view from the balcony is first rate, as was the pool & the walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. Loved it so much, we’ve rented it again for next year.
