Summer Sea is a residential condominium with a friendly atmosphere. A beautiful sandy area and lots of space to stretch.
Islamorada calls itself the fishing capital of the world and it is fabulous. Not to be outdone by the diving, eating and fabulous weather. This condominium is on Plantation Key just north of the famous Marker 88 Restaurant, a 5 star gourmet restaurant with outside bar.

Summary: We stayed at Summer Sea Condo in Islamorada from Jan 20 to April 8, 2023. As we entered the condo complex thru the security gates we could see very neatly keep grounds. Our apartment was over the lobby area. The apartment had two bedrooms. We chose the front bedroom which had highway noise which died away around 10 PM and not noticed until around 8 AM. The back of the building has a swimming pool and an area to lounge around in chairs. They have a dock area that we walked around watching the fish and manatee. We had a few problems at the condo such as the water heater leaked. Our manager was on it and within a few hours a plumber was there to size up the problem. The water heater was replaced the next day. The sunset were awesome. We were very comfortable there and are planning to come back again.
