Positive: Good and serene location.
Negative: The owner of the property did not follow the instructions issued out for the check -in to the apartment. For example, the key was not placed in the mailbox as indicated in the instructions, and we stood out at the entrance of the apartment for more than 45 minutes. It took the intervention of one of the residents in the neighbourhood to follow up on the key for us. 2. They took an extra amount of 300CAD from our account as a guarantee for damages. The owner has not released the 300CAD to us when we checked out. They are quiet on the 300CAD withheld without any explanation or release. Kindly release our money into the account since there was no damage to any item at the apartment. We were not happy about the treatment given to us when we arrived for the check-in.
