Enjoy this tropical escape in the heart of the city! This corner unit apartment is situated on the 10th floor of a complex that spans 8 acres of lush, green tropical plants and a large pool! The sunsets will turn the apartment orange at night and you will certainly see a rainbow in the valley during your time here. You will be able to bike and walk most places if you choose, however there is 1 covered and secured parking spot. There is AC in both bedrooms, which offer new queen beds.
The apartment complex is like a resort getaway in the middle of the city. The complex is full of travelers like yourself and locals alike! Everyone is friendly. During the summer time, the complex hosts movie nights on the lawn. There are frequent apartment gatherings. There's multiple green fields, a koi pond, and a large swimming pool. There are BBQ pits and 8 acres of walking trails. These are all gated amenities and only for apartment dweller use.
Utilities are on me! A full size kitchen with all necessary cooking supplies (and the good stuff, like an amazing coffee maker, rice cooker and an air fryer!) is included. I also have food storage supplies such as Tupperware and reusable bags. Your closets are equipped with multiple hangers, storage and shelves. There is plenty of room to hold your suitcases under the beds. Both beds are queen size. There are 32 inch smart tv's in both bedrooms and a 65 inch smart tv in the main room! There is a shared washer and dryer facility in the building that is well kept and never a wait. This apartment comes with everything you could need during your stay. There are bath and beach towels, an initial set of cleaning supplies, sponges, books, a desk working space and board games. This apartment is designed for your ease! Just bring your suitcase and settle in for your tropical getaway in the city!
Right across the street is a Safeway and a Longs Drugs (CVS). A 5 minute walk will get you to a Starbucks on the next block. The best nightlife is a 10 minute walk down the street. The building is secured 24/7 with security guards and FOB access, you will definitely feel safe here despite the city life. There is one covered parking spot that is in the parking garage directly under the apartment building.
