Lane End is in a perfect location for exploring North Somerset and south Wales, with something for all ages.. 3 steps to property. All on ground floor: Living/dining room. Kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 1 double (5ft), 1 twin (2ft 6in). Wet room with shower and toilet. . Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot on request. Freeview TV. DVD and small library. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Freezer. Wi-fi. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, sitting-out area and furniture. Barbecue. Parking (2 cars). No smoking. NB: There is a steep path from the parking area, and steps in the garden. Small, wire-covered, shallow pond in garden, hidden by bushes. . Lane End is a detached holiday bungalow with uninterrupted sea views overlooking the Bristol Channel towards the hills and mountains of south Wales. The bungalow is set in its own private gardens, a peaceful setting from which to enjoy the spectacular sea scape sunsets, however due to the steep path it is not suited to those with restricted mobility. It provides an ideal base from which to explore the North Somerset coast including the towns of Weston-super-Mare, Clevedon and Portishead. For the keen walker Clevedon and Portishead can be reached via the coastal footpath, which is only a 2 minute walk away from the bungalow. Alternatively, inland attractions include Cheddar and Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole Caves and the great and historic cities of Bristol, Bath and Wells. Lane End is also in easy reach of the M5 and M4 motorways, which means south Wales, Cardiff, Newport and the historic border town of Chepstow, the Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley are all less than an hour’s drive away. Please note the allocated parking space is a few minutes walk away from the property, via a steep uneven path (which may be slippery when wet). Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile. There are 3 steps to the entrance. This property is unsuitable for those with restricted mobilioty due to the steps and a steep path from parking area.
