This is an ideal spot for exploring the surrounding area of Dartmoor, many historic towns and villages and a visit to Alder Vineyard for a guided tour is a must to get to know your neighbours. You have a sheltered space if you are bringing along your bicycles; if you are planning some leisurely excursions into the countryside, there is also a utility/boot room as you first enter the property.
