Garage with washing machine and tumble dryer, and storage for equipment. Rear garden with patio, sitting out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Morwenna is an attractive and extremely well-presented detached bungalow with high quality fittings, especially in the kitchen which sports Bosch appliances and quality soft close cupboards. There is a lounge/diner and a lovely modern shower room with a heated, illuminated mirror. The two bedrooms are of a good size, one of which overlooks the attractive rear garden. Outside there is access to the garage, perfect for storing surf boards and wet suits and where you will also find a washing machine and tumble dryer.
If it’s the beach you want with miles of sand, swimming and surf then you’ll be spoiled for choice. Much of the coastline in this area is owned by the National Trust and is a haven for wildlife, providing fabulous walking opportunities. There are many pretty coves and inlets to discover within a short drive including Crackington Haven, Boscastle, Morwenstow and stunning Tintagel, inextricably linked to the legend of King Arthur. Further afield the fishing port of Padstow is a popular tourist destination.
Bude itself is a fabulous coastal town that once visited, you will want to come back to time and time again. It has something for everyone including great beaches for relaxing and building sandcastles on, rockpools for investigating at low tide and cafés to watch it all from. The rolling waves are great for surfing all year round and the footpaths by the restored canal or on the South West Coast Path offer you a superb opportunity to explore and appreciate the outstanding countryside.
