This beautiful, single-storey, detached cottage has been finished to a good standard and provides a romantic retreat for a couple or small family. Perfectly situated, set back from a pretty country lane lined with chocolate box cottages and adjacent to the owners’ home and a babbling brook, it is a stone’s throw from the picture perfect village green of Bellerby.
The accommodation is light and airy with an open plan living/dining room/kitchen. In the winter months the wood burner draws you in for a cosy winters evening curled up with a glass of wine and a movie. An en-suite master bedroom with double bed and pretty bed linen and a second single bedroom or dressing room complete the accommodation.
In the summertime throw open the patio doors to enjoy the beautiful patio area looking out onto the garden and orchard beyond. A perfect spot to sit with an early morning coffee and listen to the birds and sounds of the countryside.
