The house is located on a quiet street but it is just a one-minute walk to Venice Boulevard with all of its unique restaurants. An incredible Indian and Thai restaurant, as well as a convenience store, are all within walking distance.
Plenty of free street parking is always available.
Please make yourselves at home! There is a fire pit, two outdoor decks, iron, hair dryer, fresh linens and towels, fully equipped kitchen and two cozy bedrooms. There are two TV's with Netflix, 1000/1000 fiber internet access via WiFi/Ethernet and a Washer/Dryer for your use.

My house is located in a quiet neighborhood just one walking minute from Venice Blvd. Venice Beach and Abbott Kinney are just a short bike ride away. My neighborhood has plenty of street parking which is extremely uncommon for this area.
