There are 2 private dedicated parking spaces for each property and its position overlooking St Ives Bay gives stunning sea and harbour views. Set in beautiful and well maintained gardens and lawn, it is ideal for both families and couples, having safe areas for children to play, and sunny spots for adults to relax. This ground floor apartment has been fully refurbished and tastefully decorated to a high standard in fresh coastal colours. There is a bright, open plan lounge with kitchen and dining area, and patio doors leading directly out onto the large terrace, perfect for eating al fresco. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite with large shower, and the second bedroom has twin beds. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. There is free super fast fibre Broadband and smart TV available at the apartment.
