Summary: I wish someone would have given this information before renting this home. I did read that there was a past report of a missing sheet. All the sheets (the top sheet) were present. *check. The Home is immaculate. We were allowed to park in the garage *check. We had a need after a very long drive to check in 30 minutes early, the owner responded quickly and accommodated our request. Customer focused, a positive experience. **double check.** Clean and well supplied Kitchen, Towels were plentiful. Back yard was basic, clean/pleasant. *check. There were no check out instructions, so we stripped the bed and put soiled linen on the top of the washing machine. After coming in from being out in town with family, arriving after 10 pm and finding “SEVERAL ROACHES” creeping in the empty areas of the home. Luckily, we did not eat or bring food into the home. We notified the owner, no response so with the deal breaker we ***CHECKED OUT 12HOURS EARLY*** This is a mixed rating, the home was nice until it wasn't.
