Summary: I'm 60and my Mom is 82. Love the convenience of this place. PCB has been my beach destination for 40 years. This place is net door to Schooners. Great food beachside steps away! Captain Andersons, Dollar General Walmart are all really close. Property has 3 elevators that WORK! Fast! Short walk to parking via the crosswalk located on the 3rd floor. This 6th floor unit has great views and you can still hear the waves crashing. The door to the unit is right off the elevator... the property is really close to the beach so you dont have a big hike to get to the sand! The heated pool is soooo nice at night ,listening to the surf ... The unit was really clean and well stocked . If you have a Roku device or Firestick bring it with you... The TV's are kinda crazy, Instructions are in a notebook on the counter but we couldnt get the living room 60" to work with the little remote but My ROKU saved the day! LOL
