A short walk to the NoDa light rail station allowing for easy access around town. This includes the Southend and University area; uptown where the Charlotte Convention Center, BB+T Ballpark, Spectrum Center, Bank of America Stadium, Mint and Bechtler Museums + more are located! The guesthouse is quiet, shady and renovated and an eight-minute walk to the historic NoDa district which includes some of the cities best dining, shopping, breweries, bakeries, coffee shops, bars and music venues. The Space Fully renovated guest house behind our personal residence. Has private entrance with code access. Fully equipped galley kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, coffee pot, toaster and microwave. Each bedroom has pillows, linens, dresser and a closet with hangers. An additional large dresser is located in the upstairs landing. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and bedroom #2 has an adult-friendly twin bunk. A full sized bed is located in the sofa. The 1/2 bathroom is located downstairs and a full bathroom with tub, shower and dual sinks are located upstairs. Bathrooms include linens and hairdryer. An ironing board and iron are located in the closet of the queen bedroom. All family-friendly amenities are available upon request. Fast Internet and a Roku equipped TV. Interaction with Guests Whatever you prefer. We are happy to meet you upon arrival or provide you with the code for private entrance.
