Beautiful 2 bedroom home located in Penetanguishene available by the month from June - October 2024! Located close to everything that Midland and Penetanguishene has to offer! The house is only a 5 minute drive to Waypoint.
This is the perfect place to stay if you are a working professional needing mid term accommodation in the area or are looking for a beautiful summer retreat! During the rest of the year the property is occupied by the owners.
Located on a peaceful and spacious lot, the house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The main floor has a spacious sitting room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom and bathroom. The basement has another bedroom, bathroom, living area, work desk and laundry room. The deck provides ample space for outdoor enjoyment including a bbq and outdoor furniture.
The kitchen is equipped with a full sized fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and other small kitchen appliances. Sheets, pillows and towels are also provided. The house has a driveway suitable for 4 cars. The unit is also set up with a desk and Wi-Fi if you are travelling for business. There is a smart tv in the basement living room to log into your Netflix account to watch shows and movies. The space is ideal for 4 guests.
The space is perfect for families! If you are coming with small children and don't want to stress about packing the car full of baby gear don't worry! We can provide you with a crib, highchair, baby bath, baby monitor, pack n play and stroller. Just let us know what you need before you arrive.

Guests will have access to the whole property. There will be one section of the house that is blocked off for the owner's belongings, but nobody will be on the property during your stay.
We are always available when needed.
Located in a quiet neighbourhood in Penetanguishene right by the water and within a 10 minute drive to all amenities in Penetang and Midland. Also located within minutes of Waypoint
There is enough parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Cars are recommended in this neighbourhood as it is on a quiet street with no buses. Taxi's are available out of Midland.
The minimum stay for this rental is 28 days.
All guests must be registered at the time of booking and a rental agreement will be sent to you for signature. Extra guests including day visitors are not permitted unless otherwise pre-approved. The home is not a destination for parties, buck and does, bachelor and bachelorette parties, exceeding the guest limit, or causing noise disturbances. We respect our neighbours and want to make sure they are not disturbed or disrespected. This would be an ideal place for working professionals or small families looking to spend a month or more in the area. We thank you for being the best guests ever!
Pets are not permitted during your stay.
There is a small shared beach/dock located a few houses down the road which you can access for swimming/water-sports. The beach is shared among the neighbouring properties.
The house has a front door keypad that uses fingerprints for access. Someone will meet with you upon arrival to set up your fingerprint in order to access the house. The house also has several smart lights that can be turned on and off by voice.
