With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms there is plenty of room for the entire group to relax. This home is perfect for hosting large gatherings indoors and outdoors! The 1st level of the home offers an open floor plan with a kitchen/dining area for 10 with custom kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops and an expansive island. One of the best features of this floor are the 2 walk out patios with rocking chairs! The largest patio is just off the living room, overlooking the pool and is the full length of the house! For added privacy or a break from the sun, floor-to-ceiling curtains can easily be pulled. If you prefer to entertain outdoors this home has a fenced yard with a 10 ft x 20 ft private pool, Gas Grill, Custom Bar with a built-in cooler and new bar stools and mini fridge, Outdoor Dining Table, Outdoor Living Room and 2 50-inch TV's! The outdoor shower and half bath are perfect for rinsing any sand off from the beach!
The 2nd level of the home is the perfect hang out spot with a multipurpose gaming table, Smart TV, queen-sized sleeper sofa and a twin over double bunk bed. This level features 3-bedrooms and a spacious hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 1 features 2 bunk beds and a twin-sized single just off the living room.
