Summary: The owner came in and complained how the previous guests made a mess. They told us without advance notice that we are not allowed to throw ANY garbage in this house. One small bag costs $10 additional charge. A day before they said they told us our dogs can freely run at their backyard but it turned out they said our dogs have to be on leash all the time even they are in the backyard. We made a extra trip to send our dogs back to home and we have to go back and feed them everyday. It was such a terrible experience. We paid more than $2100 for two nights stay plus additional pet fee but they did not allow us to do what was agreed. We are not even allowed to throw one bag of garbage in the house. The washing machine was not functioning before we entered the house and they even asked us “why” the cleaning machine was not working fine. They asked us that we must need to stay for another 1.5 hour and we CANNOT leave without them doing a thorough tour of cleaning speculation. Never will I book this place again.
