Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Island Breeze TC 1104 had AC problems from the moment we arrived. Walked into Island Breeze and the room as 99 according to temperature gauge. It was fixed within an hour or so, but there was a control program that caused the AC to keep setting higher throughout our stay creating heat and frustration. We did not want to set it below 74, but we did not want it in the 80's either. That is the only complaint. Otherwise, a great location and time.
