Our secondary unit is ready for guests, a spacious bedroom fully furnished with a queen size bed, work desk and a TV is waiting for you. (A SOFA BED can be added at your request) Also you will have your very own private kitchen, private toilet with a tub, sink and closet space. You have your own entrance, individual heating system and wifi access as well.
NOTE: WE WILL BE GETTING RID OF THE WASHER AND DRYER DURING THE SUMMER OF 2023 TO ADD MORE SPACE TO THE BATHROOM WITH A BIGGER SHOWER.
We provide K-Cup coffees☕️, sugar, cooking oil 👩🍳👨🍳 and teas for up to a week.
If you plan staying longer keep in mind you will need to get those items for the rest of your stay.🔥🔥

If you are staying with us because you are moving out of a current lease/apartment or house, please store all you furniture and extra belongings in a storage facility, as the suite is suitable and ready for light travelers and we won’t allow furniture or appliances to be moved into the suite, this also helps us avoid any damage to the walls and wood flooring.
NO SMOKING 🚭
There is absolutely no smoking allowed on the property, this includes driveway and backyard, we do live in a great neighborhood and you can take a nice walk if you need to smoke a cigarette. If evidence of smoking/tabaco such as ashes, or cigarette remains are found in the suite by the host after your stay, you will be blocked from booking with us in the future as well as getting a penalty charge of $250 to cover for deep cleaning and the cost of canceling a night for the next guest if needed.

Please keep in mind that we do not charge an extra fee to use the washer and dryer but we do ask to use common sense and consideration when using the machines.
If you are staying 2-5 nights we limit the use to 2 loads for washer and 2 loads for dryer.
If you stay longer we suggest doing 2 loads per week.
