Positive: Location was fabulous. Communication with check in/checkout was excellent.
Negative: I booked this accommodation based on the "subpenthouse" listing expecting a spacious, luxury apartment. While it is technically on the second-to-top floor, the unit itself is the size of a standard studio — quite small and not what the term “subpenthouse” would typically imply. Lift only goes to floor 18, you have to take stairs to floor 19, which you don't find out until the day before check in. The overall experience felt misleading due to the description. The space was clean and functional, tho there was no place to put bathroom items near vanity basin and no space to place suitcases in bedroom area except on the lounge floor. If you're expecting a luxury subpenthouse experience, this might not meet your expectations. I would recommend the host be clearer about the unit size and amenities so future guests are fully informed.
