Summary: A very quiet beachside condo complex very close to ferry terminal and small town. My particular condo, F305, was kept up perfectly, clean, all appliances worked very well. Nice upper and lower deck with chairs. Property manager outstanding. The facility itself has an excellent finer dining location and also good pizza and a bar though closes early. Beach is clean and very pretty though not the longest to do long walks. Parking lot not the best, full of potholes and don't expect a smooth ride through it but ample parking anyway. 2 minute drive to ferry terminal to St. John.
