Welcome to the Annex neighborhood, Toronto! A place with a stretch of cafes, boutiques, bars and restaurants along Bloor to unwind. Bloor aside, the neighborhood's streets are speckled with bars and restaurants that turn a good business, offering good food, live music and decently priced drinks. Thanks to their incomes in part, as well as the university's culture, you'll find very trendy people roaming the streets of the Annex, with perfectly groomed beards and skinny jeans.
Some of Bloor's best destinations for resident's growling stomachs are Harbord House, Famoso Pizzeria, Insomnia and Rose and Sons. For shopping, Honest Ed's wild thrift store is a destination in itself, as is Sonic Boom record store and the Bloor Cinema. There's a Jewish community centre here and many residents work out at the U of T's athletic centre.
This location is Very Walkable so most errands can be accomplished on foot.
We are just a minute walk from the 2 LINE 2 (BLOOR - DANFORTH) at the CHRISTIE STATION - EASTBOUND PLATFORM stop.

➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house/cottages, including the patio. Please smoke just out at the yard. :)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
