Beautiful mansion 17th renovated Riverside, at 25minutes North of Carcassonne in the Montagne Noire. Here the environment consists of Prairie, forests, and Lakes of which some have been developed by Paul Riquet to supply with water the Canal du Midi. The vicinity of the lodge are closed and tastefully decorated and you have an 12x6m pool, jacuzzi (5 p), a playground for children. Parking in the property. A small Inn with terrace overlooking a pond is located behind the cottage.
The cottage includes: a kitchen opening onto a terrace pergola with table and barbecue, local LLet SL, a large living room with corner fireplace and small bar, SdB (+ shower), wc. Upstairs you have 5 bedrooms including one for children in small dormitory 6 90 bunk beds with adjoining SE - wc and access to a room in mezzanine closed illuminated by velux, with bed 140. SE and wc on the floor for other rooms. The other 3 bedrooms are equipped with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 160. Wood and electrical Chauffagecentral in sanitary, sheets, towels and household demand. Cot available.
