Naramata home available this winter for a snowbird couple/hockey family! 4 BD, 2 BR 1800sqft bungalow located in rural area between Naramata (5km)and Penticton(10km), right in wine country! Enjoy lake views and gorgeous sunsets from an updated 1940's bungalow.
Available Oct 16, 2024- May 31, 2025.
~$2500/month, utilities included.
Utilities include heat (also has A/C), water, electricity, and internet.
One month damage deposit required.
Yard maintenance included, tenant is responsible for snow removal.
No exceptions- no pets, no smoking, no sub letting.
Beautiful lake views from the main living room, kitchen, and main deck space. The main deck has a beautiful outdoor kitchen, fire table, lots of seating and dining space and is surrounded by a lush pollinator garden. Enjoy lilacs in full bloom in the spring with hummingbirds and butterflies visiting.
Kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and second fridge/freezer, it has an open floor plan to the living room, and double deck doors off it. Hardwood/tile throughout upstairs, new carpet in basement.
Primary bedroom has king-sized bed with new memory foam mattress, large walk-in closet with heated tile floors in the ensuite tub/shower combo.
Second upstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed with new memory foam mattress, and armoire. Perfect for guests! Bathroom with shower located next to the second bedroom with heated tile floors.
Basement has two bedrooms (one with two twin XL beds, the other with two double size beds all with new memory foam mattresses), laundry and movie room.
Ample parking on large asphalt driveway. Property is on a septic field, so septic rules apply.
