Established with love. All new furnishings reflect a cozy and warm feel. It is less than 10 min of Magnolia Market and Baylor University. If you are looking for a place to stay that is comfortable, spacious and charming look no more. Enhanced cleaning/disinfectant protocols have been implemented for your safety. The original hardwood floors and stunning crown moldings are absolutely beautiful. Open a closet and you are sure to find “shiplap.” Your host believes that when you travel you should feel like you are in a home away from home!
We don’t want you to worry about the small stuff. We provide a Coffee Bar with a variety of coffee and tea’s to start your day and just in case you arrive thirsty or hungry we provide complimentary bottled water and welcome snacks!
A smart TV allows you to access your favorite movie network such as Netflix, Hulu or amazon prime.
All area’s of the house are yours to use. Fully stocked laundry room available should you find the need to launder that favorite clothing item you just spilled something on. Ironing board and iron also available.
The back yard is private and includes a seating area, along with fire pit for the upcoming cooler weather. Hanging cafe lights add a cozy atmosphere.
The house does have a Ring door bell camera as well as a camera along the side and back of property. This is to monitor the home for fires, theft and storm damage when the house is not occupied. These cameras do NOT look into any interior spaces. We respect your privacy as well as safety.
We are available anytime to answer any questions you may have to make your stay more enjoyable .
There is a covered car port for easy access to the front door. The neighbors are very friendly and if you listen closely you may hear the sweet wake up call of a rooster!
This home is located in a typical fixer upper neighborhood with homes that have been remodeled and those still waiting. The castle that Chip and Joanna Gaines recently purchased is also in our neighborhood. We are very excited to see what they do with this amazing property.
You can pretty much be anywhere you want to be in 10 minutes. Great restaurants, amazing shops and Baylor University! We love our Bears!
