The space
Four-season mountain farmhouse available for rent on almost 4 private acres. Less than 10 minute drive to Windham, 15 minutes to Hunter Mountain, 40 minutes to Howes Cavern, and for 20 minutes to North South Lake. Too much more to list but so much more to do!
The entire house and outdoor living space is available to guests. This six bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom house sleeps up to 12 guests. Ideal for families or friends looking for a quiet getaway but close enough to lots of activities and dining.
The house is perfect year-round and for any type of interest. Minutes from hiking & biking trails, The Vineyard at Windham, Windham Mountain, the Zoom Flume water park, swimming, kayaking, horseback riding, skiing, yoga, and music festivals throughout the Catskills.
There are 2 living rooms. One for you and one for the kids. Or, for the ladies and the gents. Or, any way you'd like to mix up. There is a large kitchen for cooking meals, and plenty of storage. A large dining room for meals or for playing games.
We currently have Spectrum, have 3 Smart TVs, and have high-speed Wi-Fi. Come work from home at our home! You can use your logins for Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and any other streaming services.
Relax outside on the patio and grill up some burgers or just watch the beautiful sunset over the mountains. When it gets dark, light a fire in the firepit and have some s'mores with your favorite drinks.
