Location! Location!This charming 1890 Farmhouse is in-town in Camden, Maine. The house is located on one of the prettiest streets in Camden, Chestnut Hill Street. The house has been newly renovated with high end decor. The house is three blocks into downtown Camden/harbor and a half block from Laite beach. The house has an abundance of natural light and seasonal views of the bay. Two bedrooms, One full bath and a great room. Guests will feel the charm and wonders of Camden, Maine. I recently renovated the space and kept the Farmhouse aesthetic with a touch of elegance. The house has a lot of big windows which provides a lot of light and seasonal views of the bay. Custom Hunter Douglas shades and hardwood floors throughout with a beautiful original staircase will have you feeling quintessential Maine. Guests have their own private front door entrance. The location is divine! Guests have the entire original part of the house which is the 1890 Farmhouse. Guests have their own private front door entrance. The first floor is a great room with living room/dining area and kitchen. The upstairs has two bedrooms and full bath with a Clawfoot tub with hand-held shower. I bought a 50 inch smart TV for the house so guests can watch their favorite shows or movies. Free WiFi too! I live in the new part of house with my dogs and will be available via cell or email. I want my guests to feel welcomed and cared for. Guests will have access to free wifi. There are stairs that take you to the second floor where two bedrooms (can sleep four)and full bath with a new Clawfoot tub with hand-held shower. The trundle twin bed sleeps two. For access to washer and dryer please arrange with me. There is no AC but a fan is provided for your comfort. Contact me for any details The house is in the best location on Chestnut Hill Street. A three block walk into downtown Camden along the bay will give you access to all the delicious restaurants and amazing shops! The very popular Laite Beach is located half a block from house. Guests can walk from house to anywhere in downtown Camden and the ocean. The location of this house is stellar. Can't get much better. Guests, can park on street or my secondary driveway.
