Positive: It's on the hill, so it is quite colder, the walls are also very thick (about 1m), so you really do not need air-conditioning. If there was 32C on the beach, by the house was 26C. At night around 18C. The house itself it is very spacious. The atmosphere is great. You always find a parking spot (50m away or in the front of the house). We were there in August. The beds are hard (we loved it). Cold and hot water working. Recommended
Negative: Can't remember. So even if it was something, it was not a big deal.
